Marcel, Harriet, and the Art of Roasting at Mocha Monkey
Our roasting journey began at Mocha Monkey Downtown Waconia with a small roaster named "Marcel." Recently, we've taken a big step forward by installing a much larger roaster at our St. Boni location. Roasting, to us, is a blend of science, art, and intuition. The larger space at St. Boni gives us the flexibility and room to experiment and perfect our blends, keeping quality at the heart of everything we do.
We're thrilled to expand our roasting operation and get our new roaster, "Harriet," up and running! This upgrade at St. Boni opens up a world of possibilities, allowing us to meet the growing demand for our roasted coffee. Whether you're picking up a bag at one of our coffee shops, tasting it during our weekend sampling events, or enjoying it at home, we want you to experience the care that goes into every roast.
